Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an Engineering Changes BOM Specialist to drive ECNs/ECNs across U.S. manufacturing sites, coordinating with engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure changes are implemented on time and with minimal impact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in engineering change management or PLM, with experience in Oracle or Windchill and a focus on BOM accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of related experience in engineering change management or PLM.
• Experience with BOM management and product lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, planning, and implementation of engineering changes across U.S. manufacturing sites.
• Assess impact on inventory, materials, production schedules, quality, cost, and commitments; develop mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Operations.
