Job summary

Echodyne in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support hardware and software product development of high‑performance radar solutions. You will coordinate schedules, manage BOM configuration, drive procurement activities, and track project deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on‑time product transitions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field required.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or related experience.
• CAPM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and BOM configuration for hardware/software projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings; track action items and minutes.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using PM tools.
• Coordinate BOM creation, maintenance, and ECO change management.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure BOM accuracy and part availability.
• Coordinate procurement for prototype and production materials with Supply Chain.
• Track long-lead components and procurement status.
• Assist in resolving material shortages and supplier issues.
• Monitor project status; prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation and support continuous improvement of PM processes.
