Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator for a growing manufacturer of electrical equipment. The role supports orders from entry through engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, ensuring deliverables and milestones stay on track.

You will coordinate tasks, maintain timelines, track drawings, BOMs, ECNs/ECOs, and keep documentation and dashboards up to date. Strong ERP/MRP experience and excellent communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in project coordination, order management, manufacturing operations, or engineering support.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and order-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, document control systems, or engineering workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from engineering release through production.
• Review and validate sales order documentation; resolve missing info.
• Assign engineering tasks, maintain timelines, monitor progress.
• Track engineering deliverables (drawings, BOMs, ECNs/ECOs).
• Maintain order records, approvals, submittals, and documentation.
• Coordinate engineering responses to questions and change requests.
• Manage engineering changes with impact assessments and proper documentation.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, ERP/MRP updates, and repositories.
• Identify project risks or delays and elevate issues.
• Support order closeout, archiving, and process improvement.
