STV Incorporated is seeking a Technical Project Assistant – Aviation to support our aviation client in Chicago, IL. The role is fully on-site at the client site and focuses on office operations and technical assistance for ORD Next.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in administrative roles, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong skills in MS Office, planning, and communication. This position emphasizes organization, client focus, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver.
  • Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
  • Client-focused with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Facilities: reset conference rooms, manage on-site support for ORD Next team, oversee large conference rooms, and space planning.
  • Technical Assistance: develop and implement office policies, coordinate with ORD Next team, schedule PMT leadership calendars, facilitate meetings, and act as internal communications hub for ORD Next.
