You will track program indicators to expand digital infrastructure access across New York, reporting to the Director of Wireless Planning and Cellular Coverage. In-office presence in Albany is required.

Formación

• 3+ years professional experience in wireless telecommunications program management or utility-level infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience with site control, site acquisition, and permitting processes across New York State
• Knowledge of wireless technologies, deployment methods, and land use management practices
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and project management platforms
• Bachelor's degree required

The Technical Program Manager, Wireless will execute projects implementing New York State's wireless infrastructure initiatives within ConnectALL, an office of Empire State Development overseeing over $1 billion in public funds. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing telecommunications carrier relationships, developing regional wireless coverage plans, and tracking program indicators to expand digital infrastructure access across the state. This position reports to the Director of Wireless Planning and Cellular Coverage and requires in-office presence in Albany.
