Job summary

ConnectALL Professional in Albany, NY, seeks a Technical Program Manager, Wireless, to drive statewide wireless infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and engage carriers and regulators to advance deployment projects.

Reporting to leadership, you will monitor milestones, manage risks, and align resources for timely site design, negotiations, and permissions across New York State.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in wireless telecommunications program management or utility level infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with site control, site acquisition best practices and permitting in New York State, especially Upstate NY.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies and deployment methods.
• Ability to formalize experience into systems for evaluating and reporting infrastructure projects.
• Proven problem-solving skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and regulatory agencies to expand wireless infrastructure opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with telecommunications carriers and third parties.
• Coordinate resources to develop regional wireless expansion plans.
• Forecast, schedule, and assign resources for deployments and negotiations.
• Drive infrastructure growth by marketing public assets to private carriers.
• Engage vendors as needed to meet initiatives.
• Manage program indicators and deployment timelines.
• Provide updates on risks and escalation points to ConnectALL leadership.
• Maintain data attributes in tracking systems for milestones.
