You will coordinate multi‑team initiatives, craft scalable processes, and partner with product, engineering, and the technical field to keep programs on track and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Track record leading multi‑team SaaS releases and engineering programs.
• Technical depth in networking or infrastructure is a plus.
• Fluent translation between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to design lightweight processes that are actually followed.

Responsibilities

• Release management end‑to‑end: SDLC coordination from product definition through production deployment.
• Drive cross‑functional programs across engineering, product, and field to achieve outcomes.
• Own internal engineering communications: status reports and exec updates.
• Design processes that minimize bureaucracy while maximizing alignment.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI for status tracking and dependency analysis.
