Job summary

Jolly Technologies Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a highly organized Project Manager / Technical Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, and delivery for multiple SaaS products.

You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery across platforms (web, iOS, Android, Windows) and ensure monthly releases are on schedule. You will partner with engineering, QA, and DevOps, refine SDLC processes, and optimize Jira dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cycles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and release management.
• Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows).
• Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills coordinating across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams.
• Coordinate cross‑team deliverables to align engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling.
• Ensure builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable releases and regular cadence.
• Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints; proactively drive resolution.
• Track progress and provide concise status updates to leadership.
• Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Improve communication across distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes.
• Introduce best practices for high‑frequency, multi‑platform releases.
• Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency.
• Help standardize release checklists, documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliability.
