Tutor Intelligence robots operate on customer floors across North America and the fleet is expanding rapidly. This role exists to fix that by building the required tools and processes, replacing ad-hoc solutions with reliable systems that scale.

The job requires curiosity, ownership, and a drive to see problems through to lasting solutions, reporting to the Head of Robot Operations and Reliability. In-office in Watertown, MA with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• See the problem, build the fix, put it to use, and keep improving it until it runs on its own.
• Lead investigations into hard failures: pull logs, read field reports, talk to technicians, form a theory, test it, and stick with it until the root cause is found.
