Qualifications

• 2–7 years in technical program management, industrial engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven track record shipping at least one system/tool from scratch with measurable impact.
• Experience building software with AI coding tools and agents.
• Ability to translate data into clear actionable insights for engineers, customers and leadership.
• Clear written communication for engineers, customers and leadership.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in fleet operations and build scalable fixes.
• Create first versions of tools without existing specs, then iterate with real users.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer success and field technicians to scale improvements.
• Document solutions so future teams can reuse.
• Lead investigations into hard failures using logs and field reports.
