You’ll drive candidate experience, reduce bias, and strengthen Anthropic’s employer brand as we pursue safe and beneficial AI systems.

Qualifications

• Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience with technical engineering background.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse and other modern sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview loop design.
• Sound independent judgment on candidate quality and complex searches.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and in security role impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates.
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications.
• Implement recruiting processes and programs such as targeted outreach campaigns, building connections with industry leaders, and removing biases from hiring.
• Collaborate with leadership to map long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams.
• Enhance Anthropic’s employer brand to showcase mission, culture, and values to candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
