Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management, recruiting coordination, or high-volume scheduling experience.
• Track record of documenting and educating hiring approaches over time.
• Excellent candidate experience and partnership with recruiters.
• Experience with confidential or sensitive work requiring discretion and trust.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-moving situations.
• Comfort using AI tools; experience with Claude.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and M&A's role.

Responsibilities

• Program manage recruiting activities across Corporate Development, Legal, People, and technical leadership, ensuring clear communication and process momentum.
• Educate deal sponsors and cross-functional partners on standard M&A recruiting processes and interviewing.
• Operationalize playbooks to keep acquisition hiring organized and evolving with analytics.
• Scope and run the recruiting workstream for each deal, from first conversation through start dates.
• Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, discreet experience from first contact to start date.
• Leverage AI tools as part of daily workflow toward more automated recruiting processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Take on additional high-priority recruiting and operations projects as needed.
