Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to unite Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations in delivering complex product initiatives. You will translate high-level objectives into technical milestones and ensure scalable delivery across EPD and customer environments.

You will lead orchestration of programs, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to leadership, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Experience with project management tools and documentation software.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success.

Responsibilities

• Program Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, create roadmaps, define milestones, and track progress across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Bridge Operations & EPD: Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and manage rollout of new features to stakeholders.
• Master Cross-Functional Integration: Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows to prevent bottlenecks and surprises.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate bottlenecks and technical risks, facilitating trade-off discussions between speed and technical debt.
• Visibility & Communication: Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, resource allocation, and core KPIs.
