Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Program Orchestration: plan, milestones, and track progress across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Bridge Operations & EPD: translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements.
• Master Cross-Functional Integration: map interdependencies between infrastructure and customer workflows.
• Risk Mitigation: identify bottlenecks and balance speed with technical debt.
• Visibility & Communication: provide updates on program health and KPIs.
