Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to join our team as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product and Operations.

You will translate high-level business objectives into technical milestones, align EPD teams with Operations and Implementation goals, and drive large-scale initiatives with clear roadmaps and milestones. You’ll report on program health and KPIs while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale initiatives with clear roadmaps and milestones.
• Bridge Operations & EP​D: translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and drive rollout of new features.
• Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate technical risks to keep delivery on track.
• Provide concise updates on program health, resources, and core KPIs to leadership.
