Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale NPI initiatives across TPU and GPU domains. You will coordinate hardware-software integration, plan requirements, identify risks, and align cross-functional partners from compute, networking, and infrastructure teams.

You will drive schedules, tradeoffs, and communications to executives and engineers alike, shaping capacity growth for Google data centers and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience with launching New Product Introduction (NPI) products in Compute, Networking, or Infrastructure domains.

Job description

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with launching New Product Introduction (NPI) products in Compute, Networking, or Infrastructure domains.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure and TPU or GPU systems.
• Experience driving results through informal authority, serving as a trusted consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.
• Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, and work separately.
• Strong understanding of software development and distributed systems.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, and Ops teams to meet infrastructure demands, supporting Google’s internal services and enabling user growth. As new technologies and capacity needs evolve, you will work to continuously improve our ability to fulfill these demands.
