Job summary

Google in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs, partnering with engineering, product and operations teams to plan requirements, schedules, and risk management.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
As a Technical Program Manager you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise, with a focus on capacity planning, efficiency, obtainability and reliability programs. You proactively identify, organize, and lead portfolio activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver technical solutions. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
