Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs across engineering, product, and operations teams. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and guide projects from initiation to delivery while communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.

You proactively identify, organize, and lead portfolio activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver technical solutions. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
