Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for NPI, AI/ML (GPU) Systems in Sunnyvale. You will lead cross-functional efforts spanning hardware and software development, as well as systems infrastructure, to deliver complex programs on schedule.

This role requires a strong track record in program management, technical judgment, and accountability, with the ability to communicate effectively across executives and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience launching new products across hardware, software and systems infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large/cross-functional teams.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive End to End (e2e) execution across large/cross-functional teams.
• Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
• Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
• Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
