Job summary

Marki Microwave in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager 2 to lead key customer programs across the life cycle, coordinating engineering and manufacturing plans and delivering on contract deliverables.

The role interfaces with sales, supports NPI programs, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and attention to quality. EAR/ITAR considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; Masters or MBA a plus.
• 2-3 years of RF/Microwave industry experience.
• Experience in government contracting, SCD (Source Controlled Drawings), and Hi-rel/Space applications.
• U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or Protected Individual due to EAR/ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide project leadership across internal teams to meet commitments.
• Manage custom product requirements into the factory post-approval.
• Track product development from initiation to customer delivery.
• Collaborate with quality to determine qualification plans for ruggedized apps.
• Coordinate with design to ensure engineering deliverables meet PO requirements.
• Assist sales operations by reviewing RFQs and providing quoting information.
• Establish standard methodologies to improve program performance and processes.
