Job summary

Marki Microwave in Morgan Hill, CA, seeks an Applications Support Engineer 2 to lead our email technical support function and maintain datasheet accuracy. You will guide Tier 1 customers, provide board-level and system-level debugging guidance, and mentor the Application Support Engineer I as the team grows.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics with RF/Microwave focus.
• 2–4 years of RF products experience; mentoring/junior engineer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own email support KPIs across all customer tiers and report trends.
• Serve as primary technical reviewer for Tier 1 communications with senior engineers.
• Provide product selection guidance and board-level/system-level debug support.
• Coordinate test requests with Test & Validation for custom measurements and translate results for customers.
• Maintain accuracy of datasheets with new data, corrections, and clarifications.
• Mentor and develop the Application Support Engineer I for leadership readiness.
• Act as liaison between Support and Test & Validation teams in Morgan Hill.
• Escalate inquiries regarding pre-release products to Technical/Product Marketing teams.
• Identify process improvements for support workflows and datasheet maintenance.
• Uphold ethics-based business conduct.
