  • Provide technical guidance on product selection, cross-referencing to competitor parts, application-specific recommendations, and board-level/system-level debug for Marki’s fully released product line.
  • Submit and manage test requests to the Test & Validation team for customer-requested custom or non-standard measurements, and translate results into clear customer-facing responses.
  • Own the accuracy, updates, and ongoing maintenance of Marki datasheets, incorporating new measurement data, corrections, reliability information, and clarifications as they become available.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the Application Support Engineer I, including onboarding them to Marki’s full product catalog and customer communication standards, and preparing them to eventually assume team leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Application Support team and the Test & Validation team in Morgan Hill.
  • Escalate inquiries involving custom, non-standard, or pre-release products to the Technical/Product Marketing teams.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to email support workflows, datasheet maintenance procedures, and escalation paths.
