Job summary

Advanced Technology Search is seeking an RF Technical Program Manager in the SF Bay Area to address customers’ technical questions across design and production stages. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and drive activities to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate has RF design experience and a PM background or interest in moving into program management, with a technical degree such as a BSEE. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• RF experience with design, test or production environments.
• PM background or interest in transitioning to program management.
• Background in Applications Engineering, Design, or Test is preferred.

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of RF ICs, MMICs and RF modules for defense, wireless and other markets. They are looking for an RF Technical Program Manager based in the SF Bay area.

The RF Program Manager will answer customer’s technical questions at various stages of the design /production process. They will work internally, making sure customer’s technical requirements are met and will drive activity to ensure schedules are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We need a BSEE or technical degree with 3-8+ years of technical RF experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a Technical Program Manager background or the desire to move into a PM role.
• The ideal candidate might come from Applications Engineering, Design, or Test. This is an opportunity to play an important role in growing the company’s business and improving customer fulfillment.
