Job summary

Marki Microwave seeks a Planning Manager to lead the Planning and Scheduling team in a low-volume, high-mix RF/microwave manufacturing environment. You will set master schedules, coordinate with Sales Ops, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to meet committed lead times.

You will develop the team, establish KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements to ensure on-time delivery and scalable capacity for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years in IC manufacturing with 3+ years in planning management.
• Experience with ERP planning and scheduling; Sage ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Planners and Schedulers.
• Set vision and performance goals; manage performance.
• Own training, succession, and cross-training.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Manage WIP and daily recovery actions.
• Develop capacity models and lead cross-functional planning.
• Own KPIs and reporting to Executive Team.
