Job summary

A leading RF technology company in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineer 2 to develop next-generation RF products. In this role, you will lead engineering activities, manage multiple new product introductions, and troubleshoot prototypes. Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience with high-performance RF products or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in developing new test and assembly processes.
• Experience in Product Development or Manufacturing Engineering is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own all engineering activities for a family of products including multiple new product introductions.
• Coordinate with design teams to create documentation for high-frequency packages.
• Troubleshoot prototypes for electrical, mechanical, or reliability issues.

Skills

Strong device physics background

Experience with RF components

Hands-on experience with RF Test Equipment

Ability to manage multiple projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
