Job summary

Google in Las Vegas is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for Data Center Infrastructure to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

You will own the end-to-end incident management process on the DCIA team, coordinate RCA and postmortems, collaborate with SRE and GSO, and work with facilities teams to prevent incidents and improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in data center power and cooling infrastructure.
Experience with root cause analysis (RCA).

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end incident management process, from real-time response and investigation to the execution of scalable root cause analysis findings and corrective actions.
Participate in on-call rotation supporting critical incident response.
Liaison with regional counterparts and program owners to ensure global collaboration.
Liaison between campus members, Tech Incident Response Team, network security, and crisis management groups to ensure incidents are effectively communicated.
