Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex government and defense programs, connecting internal teams with government offices, implementation teams and industry partners.

You will translate technical progress into clear briefs for customers and senior leaders, manage schedules and artifacts, and drive cross-team collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes in a highly dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in government, defense, aerospace or national security programs
• Active Secret clearance at minimum, TS/SCI strongly preferred
• Ability to engage in technical discussion and learn technical concepts
• Strong judgment and composure under pressure
• Experience coordinating across large cross-functional teams and external partners
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive execution against integrated master schedules, requirements, capability briefs and core program artifacts
• Translate technical progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers and senior leaders
• Triangulate product vision into concrete team tasks and issue resolution
• Maintain full program state and proactively resolve issues threatening schedule
• Enhance cross-team collaboration and improve coordination across teams
• Identify opportunities to strengthen position with the customer and increase program impact
