Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead government-focused programs, bridging internal teams with program offices and industry partners. You will translate complex capabilities into concise customer briefs and drive execution with a focus on rapid, effective delivery.

You will manage schedules, artifacts and stakeholder expectations, triage requests, and foster cross-team collaboration to maintain alignment and high-quality outcomes across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in government/defense programs
• Active Secret clearance at minimum, TS/SCI strongly preferred
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent judgment and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive execution against integrated master schedules and program artifacts
• Translate technical progress into concise briefs for customers and leaders
• Triaging field requests to maximize team focus and escalate when needed
• Maintain full visibility of project state and resolve issues
• Enhance cross-team collaboration and fix miscommunications
• Navigate multi-party program dynamics to strengthen customer impact
