Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead externally facing programs, bridging internal teams with government program offices, implementation teams and industry partners. You will act as a trusted representative, ensuring capabilities, priorities and business interests are clearly understood across the broader program.

This role blends project management, process optimization, and hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant government/defense/national security program experience
• Active Secret clearance at minimum, TS/SCI strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and drive execution against integrated master schedules and program artifacts
• Translate technical capabilities and progress into concise briefs for customers, partners and senior leaders
• Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision and map them to team tasks, triaging requests to maximize focus
• Maintain current state of all project elements and pre-emptively resolve issues that may derail progress
• Enhance cross-team collaboration and align technical experts around shared objectives
• Navigate complex multi-party dynamics and identify opportunities to strengthen our position with customers
