Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive engineering delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and remove roadblocks to shipping high-quality products. You will translate product vision into actionable tasks, stabilize projects, and anticipate customer needs so engineers can focus on technical problem solving.

This role combines project management, process optimization, and technical execution with a willingness to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project/program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to engage in technical discussion and learn technical concepts.
• Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to obtain US security clearance at Secret designation or above.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, product managers, QA, and leadership to drive product deliverables through the software development cycle.
• Translate product vision into concrete technical goals and team tasks.
• Maintain full visibility of project state and proactively resolve issues.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration and align stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Work with customer-facing teams on implementation, rollout, and support.
