• 5+ years of TPM experience in fast-paced software environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Thrives in dynamic startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between product, design, and ops.
• Optimize development processes for efficiency and quality.
