Job summary

Valon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and launch complex data deployment workstreams that will transform how mortgage servicers operate. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across data, deployment strategy, engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery of critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management in a fast-paced software environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation in dynamic startups.
• Fintech experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management from conception to launch, defining scope, timelines and risks.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across data, deployment strategy, engineering and product teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with transparent status, risks and dependencies.
• Mitigate potential roadblocks and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Define and track success metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Contribute to shaping the TPM function and roadmap as the second TPM at Valon.
