Job summary

Valon is rebuilding the mortgage servicing industry from the ground up. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to coordinate data deployment workstreams and drive cross-functional delivery across data, deployment strategy, engineering, and product.

You will shape the TPM function at Valon, define best practices, track metrics, and help scale an ambitious fintech platform with equity and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM experience in a fast-paced, complex software environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive risk mitigation.
• Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup.
• Prior experience in fintech is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Program Management: plan, execute, and deliver complex programs from concept to launch.
• Drive Cross-Functional Coordination across data, deployment strategy, engineering, product, and stakeholders.
• Optimize Development Processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and quality.
• Manage Stakeholder Expectations with transparent status, risks, and dependencies.
• Mitigate Risks and Resolve Issues affecting program delivery.
• Define and Track Metrics with data-driven insights for decisions.
• Contribute to Team Growth by shaping the TPM function at Valon.
