Job summary

Valon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and launch complex data deployment workstreams that reshape mortgage servicing. This role builds a TPM function from the ground up, coordinating data, deployment strategy, engineering and product teams to deliver critical initiatives.

You will drive end-to-end planning, manage risks, and establish metrics while shaping best practices for a growing startup in fintech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced software environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Strong SDLC and agile knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Startup experience and fintech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery from concept to launch.
• Coordinate across data, deployment, engineering, and product teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
• Help shape TPM function vision and best practices at Valon.
