Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations to drive technical directions, scale processes, and align stakeholders. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 5 years leading multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team initiatives, align resources, and set success criteria.
• Develop prefabrication execution strategies for NA data centers.
• Analyze construction challenges and provide timely leadership updates.
• Deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment.
• Resolve issues to protect timelines and costs across partners.
