Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects across North American data centers. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You’ll drive execution, improve processes, and shape technical directions for programs, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to scale repeatable methods and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals with charters and strategies.
• Develop prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging for NA data center construction.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigation with independent analysis and leadership updates.
• Deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment with supply chain collaboration.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs across partner organizations.
