Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead field integration and assembly for data center operations across multiple sites in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage requirements, schedules, risks, and communicate with executives and engineers to drive complex construction programs.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, prefabrication strategies, and end-to-end customer solutions for data center buildouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• 2 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals.
• Support prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging for NA data center builds.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations throughout development and execution.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment.
• Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs.
