Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center projects in the US. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers to drive successful program delivery.

Leverage your technical expertise to guide teams, manage budgets, and scale best practices across the portfolio while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience in multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals; develop charters and align resources.
• Support prefabrication execution strategies and work packaging initiatives for NA data center construction.
• Manage progress, risks, and mitigation; analyze complex construction challenges; inform leadership.
• Deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment; coordinate with supply chain partners.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs; drive consensus across partner organizations.
