Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company, including executives and engineers.

Using your technical leadership, you will manage programs of varying size, drive improvements, and steer the technical direction across teams in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals; develop charters and align resources.
• Support prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging for NA data centers.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigation; communicate updates to leadership.
• Deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment with supply chain coordination.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs and drive cross-team consensus.
