Job summary

Casap is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our teams in San Francisco and New York City. You will own onboarding, lead technical kickoff calls, and translate client needs into clear specifications for engineering, ensuring smooth integrations with security and IT teams.

You will work with enterprise clients in fintech and regulated industries, coordinating across product, engineering, and client teams while maintaining executive-level communication and a white-glove onboarding approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions engineering, or customer implementation roles.
• Strong technical fluency — able to understand APIs, data workflows, and translate requirements for engineering teams.
• Direct experience with enterprise clients, especially in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, complex projects.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multi-project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from post-sale through go-live, acting as the “face of Casap” during onboarding.
• Lead technical kickoff calls, outlining implementation plan, scope, timeline, and integration needs.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specs for engineering.
• Coordinate with client IT, InfoSec, and fraud teams to drive integrations and address security needs.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to scope work and remove blockers.
• Manage onboarding meetings with a white-glove, enterprise-ready approach.
• Represent Casap with professionalism when working with financial institutions and fintechs.
• Ensure smooth handoff to platform support after go-live.
