Job summary

MCS Group - USA | Your Specialist Recruitment Firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead client onboarding and implementations in Dedham, MA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success and Commercial, delivering complex programs.

You will use AI to streamline planning, documentation and delivery, keep stakeholders aligned, manage risks and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project, implementation or consulting experience.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing projects from initial planning through implementation and launch.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Lead customer meetings and be the main delivery contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, operational and commercial areas.
• Manage changing requirements, risks, issues and priorities.
• Set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI to accelerate delivery.
• Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
