MaaS by CodeSM is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of AI software projects for financial services. You will scope client work, translate it into specifications and prototypes, and guide the delivery from concept to release alongside the CTO and Head of Product.

You will run discovery sessions, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support estimation and change control, and coordinate across AI engineering, front-end, QA and client support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business analysis capability to elicit requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into specifications.
• Ability to create wireframes or mockups and collaborate with engineering to prototype solutions.
• Proven track record delivering technical software projects in a product/engineering context.
• Strong technical fluency to read API docs, understand data flows, and discuss with engineers.
• Enthusiasm for AI and ongoing learning in the field.

Responsabilités

• Scope client work and convert into specifications and prototypes.
• Lead prototyping to validate scope with clients before production code.
• Oversee delivery cadence, milestones and backlog hygiene across teams.
• Coordinate client reporting and weekly portfolio updates for leadership.
• Maintain two modes of work within a single role, balancing portfolio delivery.
