Job summary

Casap is seeking a Director of Implementations in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. You will lead a team of Technical Program Managers, own the implementation methodology, and serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience.

You will drive time-to-value, build scalable playbooks, and evolve governance with dashboards and metrics as Casap grows in the fintech and payments space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fintech, banking technology, or payments implementations, with client-facing expertise.
• Experience leading and growing implementation or solutions teams, including hiring.
• Strong project management instincts: manage timelines, surface risk, align stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build trust across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPMs and own the onboarding function end-to-end.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and governance to scale implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience for seamless handoffs.
• Own KPIs like time to implement, time to first value, CSAT, and capacity utilization.
