Varick Agents LTD. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own client deployments from signed engagement to production, coordinating across strategists, engineers and clients to keep engagements on track.
You will run the operating cadence for parallel deployments, surface risks early, and drive them to resolution, while building deployment playbooks to improve each engagement. The role offers meaningful equity, flexible PTO, free meals in the office, and startup-grade
About Varick. Varick builds AI agents that take over real operational workflows inside the world's largest enterprises. Our forward-deployed engineers and strategists embed with client teams, map how work actually runs, then our engineers build the agents into production. We're venture-backed, revenue-generating from day one, and already in production inside several of these companies. You'll join an elite team from Meta, AWS Bedrock, Citadel Securities, McKinsey, BCG, Stanford, and more.
You keep our client deployments on track. You own the program side of getting agents from signed engagement to running in production, coordinating across the forward-deployed team, engineering, and the client, so nothing falls through the cracks across parallel engagements.
Own the end-to-end program for client deployments: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk
Coordinate across strategists, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep engagements moving
Run the operating cadence for parallel deployments, so we hold quality and speed across many at once
Surface risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution
Build the deployment playbook so each engagement runs smoother than the last
4+ years in technical program or project management, ideally in enterprise software, deployments, or professional services
Enough technical fluency to earn credibility with engineers and translate for clients
Strong organizational instincts and a track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Comfort with ambiguity and parallel workstreams
Ownership: you\'re accountable for the deployment landing, not just the plan
Experience deploying software into enterprise or regulated environments
Familiarity with AI, ML, or automation projects
Startup or high-growth experience
Meaningful equity, real ownership, direct access to how the world\'s largest enterprises actually run, flexible PTO, free lunch and dinner in the office, Ubers home if you\'re staying late, and monthly team dinners.
On-site in our San Francisco Financial District office, 5-6 days a week. Comfortable with startup hours, for startup upside.
