Varick Agents LTD. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own client deployments from signed engagement to production, coordinating across strategists, engineers and clients to keep engagements on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program or project management, ideally in enterprise software, deployments, or professional services.
• Enough technical fluency to earn credibility with engineers and translate for clients
• Strong organizational instincts and a track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Comfort with ambiguity and parallel workstreams
• Ownership: you're accountable for the deployment landing, not just the plan

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program for client deployments: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk
• Coordinate across strategists, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep engagements moving
• Run the operating cadence for parallel deployments, so we hold quality and speed across many at once
• Surface risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution
• Build the deployment playbook so each engagement runs smoother than the last
