Varick Agents LTD. in San Francisco is seeking a data integration engineer to build and own the connectors that integrate our platform with ERP/CRM systems and data warehouses. You will ensure data is clean, current, and trustworthy so agents operate on reliable inputs.

Join a team of forward-deployed engineers shaping data pipelines across client landscapes, with ownership of data quality, validation, and fast, scalable integrations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years building data pipelines or integrations in production with ownership of critical systems.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, plus fluency with a modern data stack (warehouses, orchestration, CDC, ETL/ELT).
• Experience integrating enterprise APIs (OAuth, rate limits, pagination, connectors).
• Habit of validating data and anticipating changes when sources evolve.
• Comfort with fast, low-process development while knowing when to add rigor.

Responsabilidades

The Role.

Our agents are only as good as the data they can reach. You build and own the integration layer that connects our platform to the enterprise systems our agents run against: ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and the messy internal systems every large company runs. A step that touches a client's general ledger can't run on stale or wrong data, so you own making the data clean, current, and trustworthy.

What You'll Do.

• Build and maintain connectors into enterprise systems of record (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, plus the one-off internal systems clients run)
• Own the pipelines that move, transform, and validate the data feeding our agents, with the checks that catch bad data before an agent acts on it
• Model data across many clients and many systems without letting one client's schema leak into another's
• Partner with the forward-deployed team to turn a client's real data landscape into a working integration, fast
• Pull whatever repeats back into tooling so the next integration is faster than the last

What We're Looking For.

• 3+ years building data pipelines or integrations in production, with real ownership of systems others depended on
• Strong SQL and Python, and fluency with a modern data stack (warehouses, orchestration, CDC, ETL/ELT)
• Experience integrating enterprise APIs (OAuth, rate limits, pagination, the connectors that break at 2am)
• A habit of validating data instead of trusting it, and the instinct to ask what happens when a source changes shape mid-run
• Comfort with fast, low-process development, paired with judgment on where more rigor is warranted

Nice to Have.

• Deep familiarity with an enterprise ERP or CRM system of record
• Experience shipping into environments you don't control (BYOC, self-hosted, on-prem)
• Data quality, lineage, or observability tooling experience
