Job summary

Varick Agents LTD. in San Francisco is hiring to build agents and the product surface around them, owning features end to end from workflow logic to human review interfaces. You will sit close to how clients use the product and ship enhancements rapidly.

You’ll work with a forward-deployed team to translate workflow specs into shipped agents, focusing on real production deployments inside enterprise ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software with ownership.

About Varick.

Varick builds AI agents that take over real operational workflows inside the world's largest enterprises. Our forward-deployed engineers and strategists embed with client teams, map how work actually runs, then our engineers build the agents into production. The Role.

You build the agents themselves and the product surface around them. You sit close to how clients actually use what we ship, and you own agent features end to end, from the workflow logic to the interfaces where a human reviews, approves, or corrects what the agent did.

What You’ll Do.

• Build production agents that run real operational workflows inside enterprise ERP and CRM systems


• Own the human-in-the-loop surfaces: review queues, approval gates, and the interfaces that make an agent's work legible and correctable


• Ship features end to end, from the agent logic to the UI, and iterate based on how clients actually use them


• Work with the forward-deployed team to turn a workflow spec into a shipped agent, fast


• Pull whatever repeats back into the platform so the next agent is faster to build

What We’re Looking For.

• 3+ years building production software, with real product sense and ownership


• Full-stack comfort: you can build the agent logic and the interface around it


• At least one LLM feature shipped to real users, and a view on where agents work and where they don\'t


• A habit of interrogating a spec instead of implementing it blindly


• Comfort with fast, low-process development

Nice to Have.

• Experience with agent frameworks, tool use, retrieval, or eval


• Enterprise software experience (ERP and CRM integrations)


• Design sensibility for complex, data-dense interfaces
