Job summary

Cohere is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs across our AI platform. You will partner with Strategic Customers and internal teams to drive delivery of enterprise-grade solutions, shape our operational rhythm, and advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering/technical program management, a bias for action, and comfort working with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as Engineering/Technical Program Manager with customer-facing delivery in enterprise AI software.
• Experience coordinating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly across engineering teams and strategic customers.
• Break down complex issues and drive engineering alignment with product and business.
• Plan and manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure on-time delivery and establish checkpoints for status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and maintain multiple work streams across time zones.
