Job summary

Cohere is seeking a customer-facing specialist to translate complex AI challenges into practical Cohere solutions. You will lead pilots for enterprise and government sectors, shaping outcomes from initial discovery through to measurable business value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technical customer roles, a passion for Agentic AI, and the ability to design rigorous evaluation frameworks for live pilots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, or solutions architect.
• A passion for Agentic AI and practical understanding of where LLMs deliver value in production.
• Solid grounding in ML fundamentals and ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots that showcase the impact of our technology to strategic enterprise and government customers.
• Own the customer's technical narrative end to end, from discovery and architecture to pilot results and business case.
