Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join Cohere’s customer-facing Engineering Program Management team.

You will work with strategic customers and cross-functional groups to deliver enterprise-grade AI software and solutions, shaping Cohere’s operations and the customer experience. You will own schedules, manage risks, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or technical program management experience.
• At least 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise-grade software/ML solutions.
• Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization is a differentiator.
• Strong problem-solving focus with customer success as a driver.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong notes/action-item capture.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly across the organization, leadership, and strategic customers.
• Break down complex issues and drive engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing.
• Create and manage program and project schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery, identify needs, and establish status checkpoints.
• Proactively resolve issues and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
